SBEM is simplified building energy modelling - this is required to enable a building to meet Part L regulations.

Based on energy calculations, energy statements determine a building’s carbon emissions and subsequently, strategies to reduce this are created in line with national and local policy.

Commercial EPCS (Energy Performance Certificates) are required upon completion of most new builds - the certification rates how energy efficient your building is using grades from A to G.
